Yes. Our caregivers can provide verbal medication reminders and help track basic schedules. However, they cannot administer medications, inject insulin, or handle controlled substances. This ensures we remain within our non-medical scope while supporting client safety.
For safety and insurance reasons, our caregivers do not use their personal vehicles to transport clients. In many cases, a caregiver can drive you to appointments, errands, or social outings using your own vehicle, provided it is covered by an active full-coverage auto insurance policy. Caregivers are also happy to accompany you on public transportation or during rides arranged through family, friends, or local transport services to ensure you have support every step of the way.
Yes. We offer overnight care through our Continuous and Flexible Timeframes (CAFT) model. This provides extended support, including personal care assistance, monitoring, redirection, and a calm, reassuring presence throughout the night — offering comfort and peace of mind for clients and families.
We support non-medical needs for clients with chronic conditions. While we do not provide skilled nursing, we can assist with healthy routines, meal preparation aligned with dietary needs, medication reminders, documentation support, emotional reassurance, redirection, and daily wellness check-ins. We also collaborate with families and medical teams when appropriate.

They follow procedures such as redirection, contacting supervisors, and calling 911 when needed. While they are not licensed medical professionals, they are equipped to respond effectively in urgent situations.

We provide ongoing, relationship-based non-medical support — focusing on companionship, safety, routines, and daily living. Home health is typically short-term medical care provided by licensed professionals for a specific medical need.
