- Holiday Scheduling – We observe the 10 federal holidays, and services scheduled on these dates are billed at holiday rates.
Our pricing is slightly higher than some providers, but it’s designed to give you peace of mind, fair caregiver pay, and consistent quality without the fine print. Providing straight forward pricing and detailed descriptions of what you are paying for if our promise to you.
Service Minimums and Descriptions
Wellness Checks - Flat Rate
Peace of mind in just minutes a day. Includes safety observations, vitals check, medication reminders, hydration/nutrition review, friendly conversation, and optional status update to family.
(30 mins. check-in with client and 30 mins. for doc. and update to Family)
Companion Care - 2 hr. min
More than company — it’s meaningful connection. Includes light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, conversation, walks, outings, and Creative Connections activities like arts, crafts, and memory games.
Daily Living Assistance – 2 hr. min
Helping with the everyday tasks that matter most. Includes dressing/grooming, mobility assistance, bathing support, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and household organization.
Personal Care – 2 hr. min
Hands-on support for essential daily needs. Includes bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, skin care, and gentle redirection for clients with memory challenges.
Respite Care – Companion Level – 2 hr. min
Short-term relief for family caregivers with focus on companionship, light homemaking, and engagement.
Respite Care – Daily Living Assistance Level – 2 hr. min
Short-term relief including help with mobility, personal routines, and household tasks.
Respite Care – Personal Care Level – 2 hr. min
Short-term relief with hands-on personal care for essential daily needs.
HomeLife Liaison – Level 1 – 1 hr. min
Appointment scheduling, basic household task coordination, and communication updates to family.
HomeLife Liaison – Level 2 – 1 hr. min
Expanded coordination including vendor management, errands, and multi-party scheduling.
HomeLife Liaison – Level 3 – 1 hr. min
Full household oversight including complex scheduling, care team coordination, and detailed reporting.
Serenity Shower Service – Flat Rate
Safe, comfortable, and dignified bathing assistance. Includes prep, in-shower help, water temperature checks, washing/rinsing, drying, dressing, and post-bath grooming.
Care Planning/ Coordination - .5 hr. min
Not an Offered Service but may be seen on your Bill and here’s why:

Holiday bookings are billed at 1.5× your regular rate.
